Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please note that the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (971groups@gmail.com) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, you can ship the item(s) back to us at your own expense. Please make sure to include the RMA number on the package to ensure timely processing of your return.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you. We may require photos or additional information to process a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items.
