Product works good sound quality is decent…a little tricky to get to levitate but did get it to do it! Overall satisfied…
Bought for my guy for Christmas last year. Super great sound, awesome visual. As you can see in the photo, it can be hard to get it to levitate. I guess the magnets are too good. This is how mine ends up looking. Other than that, I would give 5 stars.

Sound volume decent for a tiny ball, quality so-so, but the levitation feature would not work with the speaker playing. Tried and tried and tried. It felt as though balanced on a rounded, slippery peg, would tilt and fall to base with a loud clunk. However, after switching off the speaker, I decided to try levitation again, and-- VOILA! WOW got it to levitate 3 times after 3 hours really!!! BS!! Cool lights if it worked!! Tossed it across the room!!!!!! Look here is what is inside......... Would love to get my sisters money back who got it for me...
So far I have nothing to dislike about this item. I bought this for my son's 25th birthday and he absolutely loves it the sound quality he says is amazing and he really enjoys being able to talk to people on his phone through the speaker that's awesome, while he can still play his Xbox.

Very cool, very gimmicky; however... one of the most challenging times I've ever had trying to get this thing to levitate. I watched a dozen YouTube videos and listened to so many recommendations including making sure you power it off and on if you are unsuccessful after only a couple of attempts. Instructions state 10 times but I tend to reset the unit after 2-3 failed attempts. I did find it is a bit easier (not much) to get levitated on a higher platform where you can lean your body over …
